MINISTER'S MOVEMENTS.
The Hon. P. Fraser, Minister of Education, was to have opened a new school at Manutahi, near Hawera, to-day, and also to have attended the proceedings of the conference of the New Zealand Federation of School Committee Associations, which was opened in New Plymouth last evening. However, he has been obliged to cancel these engagements owing to a very severe cold, from which he has been suffering for several days.
