RAILWAY TIME-TABLE.

NAPIEE-WAIROA SECTION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Tentative time-table arrangements have been announced for the NapierWairoa rnilway section, which has been brought into operation by the opening of the Mohnka viaduct. It is desired to give express train connection between Wairoa and Wellington, a distance of 270 miles, in about 11 J hours. Daily goods trains will ali>o be provided each way. When railcars are available, probablv carly next year, the journey between GLsborne and Wellington will be done in 13 hours. The tentative proposals also provide for a night passenger service by steam train.
