TWO DEATHS.
INFANTILE PARALYSIS. RESTRICTIONS REIMPOSED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, this day. No further caws of infantile paralysis had been reported up to noon to-day, but the death occurred at an early hour this morning of a second male patient. He was admitted to hospital on Sunday. A middle-aged man died yesterday morning. In view of the recent spread of the epidemic local pietnre theatre proprietors have voluntarily decided to reimpow the restrictions on children attending theatres, and raising the age from 12 to 10. Schools in Southland "will not reopen until March 8. CASE AT OAKABU. (By Telegrapk.—Press Association.) OAMARU, this day. I A suspected ease of infantjle paralysis was admitted to the public hospital yesterday. The patient is a girl of nine years.
