ALLEGED FRAUD.
Charged with obtaining £10 from Stanley Clyde Garliek on July 14 by falsely representing that the money was required to purchase paint for a house, Edward George Patterson, painter and papcrhanger, aged 30, appeared in the Police Court this morning. H*. was remanded until February 23, on the application of Detective-Sergeant Mcfiugh. Bail (£6O) wa* allowed.
