CITY MOTOR ACCIDENT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.! CHRISTOHURCSET, Tuesday. General damages £700 «bd special damages amounting to £408 11/10 were, awarded .to Albert William Lewis against William James Hanrey Coop Ito the Supreme Court for injuries received «in a motor accident in tie city last Tear. Coop, a farmer, of Ataahaa> Kaituna, admitted liability, and there was no dispute about tee special damages. Lewi*, a newspaper- copyholder, claimed £900 general damages, and the amount to be awarded waa the only matter requiring the attention of the jury.
