LIKELY TO DO BETTER. To date Rebel Song is perhaps the besi horse Robespierre sired (according tc southern reports), but there is every prospect that Rebel Lad, a five-year-old geldine from the Gay Lad mare Keel Row, will eclipse that good galloper's record He raced well to win at Duncdin and Waikouniti, ami his success in the mile Thorndon Handicap on the final dav of th< recent 1 rentham meeting, when he defeated Concertpitch easily by a lengtl n 1.39, stamped him as a good "allonei likely to show further impr. "meat.
