In regard to the long-discussed matter of amalgamation of the High School and the Technical School, Mr. Fraser said it was a common-sense proposal and now that certain difficulties had been removed he hoped Mie boards would take action. The Minister was welcomed by the Mayor and left in the afternoon for Wellington.
