LEISURE AND RECREATION. British Official Wireless. (Received 9.30 a.m.) RUGBY, July 19. A world congress on leisure and recreation is to be held at Hamburg and Berlin from July 23 to 30, in response to an invitation from the German Government. The British Government has appointed Sir Noel Curtis Bennett, vicechairman of the Civil Service Sports Council, as official delegate.
