100 Killed and Injured in Moscow Tragedy. 87, TH RAILWAY MISHAP. (Received 10..30 n.m.) MOSCOW, July 19. Railway employees were cliarged with criminal negligence at Chita, Siberia, following a collision at Karymskaya, in which 52 persons were killed and 51 injured. The accident occurred on June 22 and is only now disclosed owing to the trial. It was the 87tli accident at Karymskaya, which is an important junction, during the present year.
