PROBLEM CLUB.

The monthly meeting of the Problem Club was held in the Penwomen's Club this week. Mrs. Von Sturmer spoke on the aims and objects of the club, and Mrs. Bauer gave an address on "Woman and World Peace." Songs rendered by Mrs. Salisbury Sykes and pianoforte solos by Mrs. Reston and Miss Mandeno were much appreciated by the members. A play, "Death's Garden," by the senior pupils of Mrs. Culford Bell, was well acted. Those taking part were: Vena de la Varis, Edna De' Mar, Marcia Hewitt, Marie Rowe, Rona Petty, Eva Northwood. Incidental music was supplied by Mrs. Gordon Edwards. -
