MT. ALBERT GYMNASIUM CLUB.
At the annual meeting of the above Club, ix very satisfactory report and balance-sheet on last year's work was read by the secretary. The membership was a record, 81 junior boys and 21 seniors being enrolled, a marked increase on the previous year. The club is looking forward to another successful season, which commences in King George's Hall on Monday next. Two instructors were kept busy, and the showing of the boys in the displays and competitions showed careful training, and all concerned are to be congratulated. Keen competitions resulted in close decisions. The _ Stewart Dawson Cup for annual competition was won by R. Haddon, with I. Kaffin second. In No, 2 squad G. Holland was first, S. Walker second. No. 3 squad: Watson first, A. Raffin second. No. 4 squad: G. Wright first, Crafts second.
