MELBOURNE WOOL SALES. ' (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. Wool values firmed appreciably at yesterday's sales, being up to 10 per cent higher than a week ago. Competition was wider and keener. A 95 per cent clearance was made. Merino wool sold ts 2ld. BRADFORD TOPS. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, October 7. At Bradford there is moderate business, mainly in Merinos. Sellers are asking SOV&d for 134'b, but are obtaining 30d.
