FEARS IN WOOL INDUSTRY,
LONDON, September 20.
In spite of the fact that summer is over in England, many women and girls are still seen without stockings in the streets of London and other cities. Apparently they are not willing to relinquish their holiday freedom.
Earmers who attended the annual meeting of the Welsh Mountain Sheep Society at Aberystwyth expressed alarm at the growing tendency of women to go without stockings. They said they would inevitably loso the Welsh wool trade.
