ROYAL COMMISSION PLANS. (Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Prime Minister, Mr. J. A. Lyons, announces that before his departure for London lie intends to appoint a Royal Commission to inquire into the banking and monetary systems, also into the Douglas credit plan.
