COLLISION NEAR HOME.
MAN DIES IN HOSPITAL,

HAWERA, this day.
Mr. Joseph Lcggett, aged CO, married, of Hawera, died in hospital last night following an operation which arefse out of head injuries suffered in a collision between the bicycle he was riding and a car driven by Mr. James M. Collins.
The collision occurred near the victim's home when he was returning from a representative Rugby football gamo.
