OTAHUHU ASSOCIATION. RAILWAY A CHAMPION TEAM. The management committee of the Otillnilui Cricket Association decided to terminate the Junior grade competition and to declare Hallway A the winners. Tills competition is being replaced with a junior knock-out competition, the ilrst game being played on Saturday next. Owing to transfers, etc., the Hallway B junior team lias had to withdraw from the-.competition. Local cricketers arc to be well catered for during the Easter holidays, as a team from Papatoetoe is visiting Otahuhu, an offer of a game from the Business Houses' Association lias been received, anil in addition the Otahuliu Upturned Soldiers' Club Is playing Its annual match with Wliitford on Sturgcss Park. Arrangen for Saturday : —Sturgcss l'ark No. 1 : St. Joseph's v. Passenger Transport (Messrs. Smith and Harilv). Abattoirs No. 1: Jlellaby s v. Kempthornes United (Messrs. Bonnet and Tucker). Abattoirs No. 2: Challenge v. Abattoirs (Messrs. Harris and Glyn). Challenge: Hallway v. Ifeturned Soldiers (Messrs. Fielding and Beck). Technical High : Borough v. Technical High (to be appointed). Junior Knockout.—Sturgcss Park No. 2: Hallway A v. Trinity United (Messrs. Jerrat and Nicholson).
WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION. A friendly match will be played at Hemuera No. 1 on Saturday at 2.30 p.m. by Hie Auckland Women's Cricket Association. Messrs. Franklin and Adams have been appointed umpires.
