MANUKAU CLUB. The summer competitions of the Monukau Golf Club will be continued next Saturday, when the first of two rounds of an eclectic competition will be played. Partners will be drawn at 1.30 p.m. AKARANA LADIES' CLUB. The summer season of the Akarana Ladles' Golf Club will close on Saturday. Players will choose partners for a bogey match. Kesults of the last medal rounds were: — Seniors ; Mrs. Kingsland, OS—l6—B2 ; Miss O'Callaghan, 88—(>—82. Juniors: Miss I. Brown, 115 —33—82. ' RODNEY CLUB. The annual meeting of the Rodney Golf Club was held at Warkworth last evening. The balance-sheet presented disclosed a credit balance of £22, which is considered a most satisfactory position, in view of the fact that the club commenced the season with a debit balance of 28/. Officers elected :—Patron, Mr. S. Edwards ; president, Mr. R. B. Hart: vicepresidents. Messrs. V. W. Holden nnd A. V. Fleet; secretary nnd treasurer, Mr. C. J. F. Baker; club captain, Mr. S. Morrison; committee, Messrs. R. F. Ellis, E. McIntyre, h. Strange. A. Hoystcd and N. Harrison ; auditor. Mr. V. \V. Holden; ladies' committee, Mesdames R. B. Hart, A. V. Fleet, E. Melntyrc, R. F. Ellis, Misses M. Hebden, M. Oram and R. Lawrie.

NORTHERN WAIROA CLUB. At tlio annual meeting of the Northern Wairoa Golf Club Dr. J. A. Marshall presided over 50 members. lie stated that the year had been most successful. The club was now faced with the raising of £300, which was necessary for the completion of the purchase of 80 acres of land comprising the links. A motion was carried authorising the raising of the necessary £300 by way of mortgage. Officers elected : President, Dr. .T. A. Marshall: vice-president. Mr. W. R. "Worsley; secretary, Mr. F, Clendon-Gould ; club captains, Mr. Hector Smith and Mrs. G. N. Ilnyes; ladies' committee, Mesdames H. Smith, C. 11. Crump, Miss Harding, Messrs. W. G. S. Smith. .T. Hosking and J. I'engeliy were elected to three vacancies on the men's committee. Mr. Alfred E. Harding was elected a life membfer ill recognition of liis valuable services.
