SEQUEL TO STRIKE RIOTS. (Rcccived 12 noon.) MARSEILLES, February 14. The motorist who drove down the Cannebierre at full speed on February 12, firing with a revolver and killing two policemen on route, hanged himself with a shirt in his prison cell.
