BRITAIN AND SOVIET.
TRADE AGREEMENT REACHED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, February 14. Negotiations for a trade agreement between Britain and the Soviet arc completed Mr. D. J. Colville (Overseas Trade Department) said in the House of Commons, and it was hoped that the agreement would be signed on Friday.
