WAIHI SCHOOL EXAMS. THIRTY PASSES GAINED. (From Our Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. Thirty passes, half of which were first class were gained by students of the Waihi School of Mines at the annual examinations held on December 23. The results were:— 0. Bell, first electricity (junior); H. A.. Cornthwaite, first . electricity (junior); .T. Cramer-Roberts, first fire assaying (senior); D. Haszard, first mathematics (practical); M. Haezard, first fire assaying (junior), and third metallurgy (gold and silver); H. Henry, third machine drawing; B. F. Kelly, first mathematics (practical); E. Kinsella, first electricial (junior); F. Lindsay, second machine drawing; A. Mackie, first electricity, (junior); J. W. Mayberry, firet fire assaying (senior), first theoretical chemistry (junior) and first gold mining; P. McGregor, firet mathematics (junior); T. Morgan, second theoretical chemistry (junior), and second machine drawing; C. Murphy, third machine drawing; R. J. Rogers, first electricity (senior); B. Ryall, second mathematics (junior); JSpence, second electricity (junior); H. F. R. Thomson, second land and mine surveying; D. Walker, third mathematics (practical); J. Wattcrs, third theoretical chemistry (junior), and second mathematics (practical); T. C. Wattere, first metallurgy (gold and silver), and eecond fire assaying (junior); M. A.
