MANY SHAKES.
EARTHQUAKES IN AMERICA. SAX FRANCISCO, January 31. A mild earthquake was felt in San Francisco and in other west coast cities, also in sections of the Eoeky Mountains. Tlio tremor caused no damage here. At Mina, Nevada, 30 shocks were reported within an hour. Nearly a dozen buildings were damaged.
