MEMBER FOR BULLER.
ENTERS HOUSE TO-MORROW. (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. It is expected that .the ncwly-clectcd member-for Buller, Mr. P. C. Webb, will take his seat in the House to-morrow. The writ will probably be in the hands of the Speaker of the House to-morrow morning, an official count having been completed last evening. Mr. Webb will sit in the second row of the Opposition benches, and wijl have as his bench mate the member for Hutt, Mr. W. Nash.
