FLOODS IN TURKEY.
RIVER BURSTS ITS BANKS. LONDON, November 1. A message from Tirana, Turkey, states that torrential rains caused the River Viosoa to burst its banks and flood the town of Premedi. Many houses were swept away and 2G people were drowned.
