(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON', Wednesday. The opinion that all trampers shoidd join properly-constituted clabs, in order to be trained m mountain and bush craft by experienced enthusiasts, was expressed 'by ilr. J. A. Bailie, honorary forest ranger, appointed by the Commissioner of State Forests, in giving his views as expert at an inquest into the death of Patrick Alexander Devon, who. lost his life as a result of a fall on the Orongorongo Hills on Sunday, Octo-. ber 22. The coroner, Mr. Gilbertson, returned a verdict of accidental death. He said that there was no question that, it was purely an accident. There was no evidence that the boy was careless in any way or was undertaking ail undue risk.
