STRONG WESTERLY WINDS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Yesterday's depression is now located east of the Dominion, but pressure is still- very low, and another depression covers the south-west Tasman Sea. The forecast is for moderate to strong south-west to westerly winds, weather cold and 'changeable, with passing showers; seas rough.
