To-day an anti'-cyclone is moving from the west on to south-eastern Australia. The forecast is for moderate to "strong northerly winds, backing to southwesterlies to-morroiv; weather changeable and rather squally, with scattered showers, which later will be more general; temperatures mild but cooler tomorrow; seas moderate.
