TERM DYING OUT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CrnUSTCHURCH, tliiri day. : The use of the term "near side" came lip in the Supreme Court to-day. When beked by Mr. Justice Blair if he knew what the "near side" was, counsel replied that it waft the side on which one mounted a ■horse".
His Honor added that the term was one which was known to everyone eome time ago, but it was dying out. H was a good term, but people who knew its meaning would soon be a rarity.
