NEW "WAGE PROPOSALS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. The hearing of the Dominion plumbers' dispute was continued before the Conciliation Council, having been adjourned from Invereargill. Tho principal point In dispute concerns the wages. The employers proposed 1/IOA per hour, with overtime at time and a quarter for the first three hours, and time and a half thereafter. The employees stood firm for 2/ per hour as the minimum rate.
