ORDER RESENTED.

Religious Outbreak Against Turkish Decree. PRAYERS IN ARABIC TABOO. (Received 12 noon.) CONSTANTINOPLE, February 5. Kemal Pasha has vigorously repressed a religious outbreak at Brusa, the city of 150 mosques, where the mufti (public prosecutor), dismissed many priests, and heads, of the mosques were arrested. An inquiry has opened. The ringleaders resented the priests chanting prayers in Turkish in accordance with the Government orders instead of in the traditional Arabic. Sixty worshippers attacked a muezzin (a mosque official) when praying, and Turkish police dispersed them.
