LYTTON REPORT.
LEAGUE COUNCIL DELAYS. (" Times " Cables.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 3. The Geneva correspondent of "The Times" reports that in deference to Japan's request, the League Council's examination of the Lytton report on Manchuria has been postponed till November 21 for the distribution of Japan's observations on the findings will occupy several days.
