£300,000,000 Conversion Loan Over-Subscribed. LISTS OPENED 1H 35M. (British Official "Wireless.) (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, November 3. It is understood that the conversion loan has been largely over-subscribed. Although the lists had been closed the investors were still able to subscribe through the post offices. The success of to-day's issues completed the remarkable refinancing programme which started a little over four months ago.
The lists closed 1 hour 35 minutes after opening.
