NEGLIGENCE ALLEGED.

CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST. CORONER'S FINDING. After further Crown witnesses were heard yesterday afternoon in the Police Court, the case in which John Isidor Weingott was charged, before Mr. W. R. McKean, S.M., with having negligently driven a motor vehicle so as to cause the death of Henry Lloyd Dartnall and also to cause bodily injury to his wife, Sarah Brookholding Dartnall, was adjourned until 'this afternoon. Bail was allowed.

Mr. McKean, coroner, returned a verdict that deceased died from shock following cerebral lacerations and other injuries through being knocked down by a-motor car driven by accused.
