THE LEAHY CASE.
During the hearing of the charges against Charles Stewart Leahy, solicitor, who was found guilty at-the Supreme Court yesterday of misappropriation of moneys, Mr. Justice Herdman said that the books produced in Court were well kept. . The entries made in the books were made under the direction of accused, and everything that was done by the staff in Leahy's office was done under accused's direction.
