BAY OF ISLANDS INQUEST." (By Telegraph.— Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREL, tliie day. Tho death occurred at Russell on Wednesday night of Dr. T. T. Hoskins. An inquest was ordered, and a postmortem examination was carried out yesterday by Dra. Prengley, Hutson and Cliosson, and the inquest was opened before the coroner, Mr. T. J. V. Dunlop, of Kawakawa. Evidence of identification was taken and tho proceedings adjourned. Dr. Hoskins was a native of Tasmania and had lived in Russell for the last eeven years. He was 42 years of age, married, with one child.
