INSPECTION BY COMMISSIONER. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) PAPAROA, this day. Scout Commissioner Sandford, of C'hrietchurch, and Scoutmaster Cranston, of Dargaville, on Wednesday inspected tho Paparoa Scout troop, which is in charge of the Rev. H. G. Brown. An instructive address was followed by Sanies. Arrangements were made for Scoutmaster Cranston occasionally to visit Paparoa and assist in the organisation of the movement.
