LAWN TENNIS.
MOUNT EDEN CLUB,
The annual general meeting of the Mount Eden Lawn Tennis Club was held on Tuesday night last, the president, Mr. F. Upton, in the chair. In presenting the annual report and balance-sheet he remarked that the year's operations were very satisfactory in view of the difficult times.
Winners of club tournaments had been : Championship singles, G. J. Rich and Miss S. Lockington; men's doubles, L. A. Delpratt and 6. J. Rich; ladies' doubles, Mrs. E. James and Miss S. Lockington; handicap singles, F. Upton; men's doubles, D. Craig and O. J. Watt; combined, G. J. Rich and Miss S. Lockington. Officers elected : Patron, Mr. A. J. Stallworthy ; president, Mr. F. Upton; vicepresidents, Messrs. T. McNab, W. 11. Naglc, E. Morrison, A. Saycr, L. A. Delpratt and A. Campion; secretary, Mr. C. D. Bowler; treasurer, Mr. J. Upton; auditor, Mr. J. A. Oliver; committee, Mrs. E. Sayer, Misses A. E. Morrison, P. Fitchley, V. Harris, T. .Tessup, R. Honuor, Messrs. W. Rich, G. Rich, J. Kirkness, S. Harris, W. Skegg, T. Lockington.
