PAKEHA'S SURVEY.

NO DAMAGE TO CARGO. VESSEL SAILS ON FRIDAY. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A survey of the Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Pakeha is proceeding at a berth at the King's wharf. The vessel is to sail on Friday via Cape Horn. There has been inquiry into the circumstances of tho leak, but the local office of the company stated to-day that a statement would not be made. The company is emphatic that no damage has been done to the cargo. Instead of arriving in London on June 24, the Pakeha will arrive there about July 8.
