Holy Places to be Protected With Last Drop of Blood. AMAZING SCENES AT MEETING. JERUSALEM, December. 7. There were amazing scenes at th'j opening of the Moslem Congress in the famous El-Aksa Mosque to discuss the protection of the Moslem Holy places. Dr. Abdul Hamid, an Egyptian, in a fiery declared that all present must protect with the last drop of their blood the El-Aksa Mosque, below which lies the Jewish Wailing Wall. The whole assembly rose, shouting: "Allah, Allah." Suleiman Bey shouted: "There is only one man in Egypt and that is King Fuad." The audience beat him with sticks. His Eminence the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem (religious leader of the Moslems) rushed up and protected the fallen man until the police arrived and carried him away.
