PEELING IN PRANCE. V ("Times" Cables.) LONDON, December 7. The' Berlin correspondent of "The Times'. , says the Bruening Government has taken no direct notice of Herr Hitler's activities, an attitude which some regard as an indication that the Chancellor's grip Jβ failing. ;The Paris correspondent reports that Herr Hitler's declaration that a Nazi Government would not pay reparations aroused indignation mingled with anxiety, raising doubts whether FrancoGerman negotiations are useful, as the Nazis might repudiato any agreeine'U made with Dr. Bruening.
