NO ORDINARY DIVIDEND
• lii their thirtieth annual report, for the year ending September 30, the directors of Abraham and Williams, Ltd., state that net profit, after providing for land and income tax, totals £3321. To this has been added the amount brought forward from last year, £ 18.278, "making a total of £21,599. From this sum has been deducted the interim dividend paid in April, £7706, .leaving a balance of £13,833. From this sum the half-year's dividend on preference shares, £2461, was paid on October 1, and the directors recomniend that the balance of £11,372 be carried forward.
■ Messrs. E. S.Abraham, W. D. Hunt, and J. T. Martin, retiring directors,, are nominated for re-election. The following table "shows the result of operations in recent yeai - s:— Dividends.
