SLAVERY IN LIBERIA.
INVESTIGATION BY EXPERTS

RUGBY, August 17.
The experts, who were appointed at the request of the Liberian Government, following the international report on slavery in Liberia, to investigate the assistance which could be rendered to the Government in introducing reforms, have returned to Geneva and are preparing their report for submission to the special League Commission, presided over by Mr., Arthur Henderson, British Foreign Minister.
