PRESENTATION.

A pleasing function took place at the Prince of Wales Tennis Club's pavilion, Mount Albert, on Saturday afternoon, when present and past members of the club assembled to bid farewell to Mr. and Mrsv Stead, prior to their departure on transfer to Whangarei. Mr. Alfred Addison, on behalf of the members, presented Mr. and Mrs. Stead with a handsome silver electric coffee percolator. A photo of the committee, suitably inscribed, was presented to Mr. Stead on behalf of the committee by Mr. C. N. Carston. After Mr. Stead had replied, afternoon tea .was served by the ladies of the committee! *
