MANGERE EAST FAREWELL. At the farewell social and presenta* tioii to the Rev. F. 0. Truman, 8.A., held in the Mangere East HAll 6n Wednesday, Mr. G. H. Norrie, vicar's warden of, Mangere East, presented Mr. Truman with a wallet of notes and Mr. Bedford, Who lias also left the church, with a book. Mr. Truman, in thanking the people for their gift, referred to the cordial relations he had had with the i district, and said that his reward was the lasting friendships lie had made. Mr. Bedford also suitably responded. Mr. K. Monteath presided.
