OLD VAGRANT CHARGED

An old vagrant with a list,/ Jeremiah O'Keilly, described . as.. a . seaman,' aged 62, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police .Court this morning, charged with being a rogue and vagabond with insufficient means of support, having previously been convicted on an idle and disorderly charge.
