LONDON, August 18.

Eight girl guides picked and fried what they believed to be mushrooms in Norfolk. Two died and three who did not eat any were not affected.

A Paris message states that a tragic wedding feast occurred at Lydgoscz, Poland, where 25 persons, including the bride and the bridegroom, died *as the result of eating what they thought were mushrooms.

A family of eight were among the victims.
