CUT A CORNER.
COLLIDED WITH CONSTABLE
MOTORIST TO PAY £130,
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, thia day.'. - In the Supreme Court this morning Constable Samuel Small was awarded £130 8/6 damages against George Henry Fletcher for the negligent driving of a, car. The constable was riding a motor cycle, and Fletcher cut a corner too close, thus causing a collision.
