REFORM LEAGUE.
MEETING OF COUNCIL. The council of tlie Reform League met on Monday night in the Tower Tea Rooms. Mr. H. R. Mackenzie presided over a large attendance. Reports from the various committees state that considerable interest was being shown, and that many new members are enrolling. Members stressed the desire that further branches be started in their districts, and arrangements were made to carry their suggestion into effect.
