• (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, Friday. In the Police Court this morning Andrew Moirs, a farmer, residing at Morton Mains, was charged with being found in a state of intoxication while in charge of. a motor car on the north road. A fine of £10 was imposed.
