SEQUEL TO POLICE REPORT. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WAIHI, this day. In view of the police report on the circumstances of the fire which partly destroyed the residence of Mrs. Thos. J. L. Meagher, in Adams Street, 011 Saturday, December 7, it has been decided to hold a coroner's inquiry 011 Friday, January 24. • . At the time of the outbreak the house was not occupied, the last tenant having left it on December 2. Mrs. Meagher was living at Thames at the time. The insurances are in the State Fire and Yorkshire Offices.
