MR. B. P. LETHBRIDGE.

At the age of 02 years Mr. 13. P. Lethbridge, of Turakina, died on October 28. His father, the late Mr. G. Y. Lethbridge, was one of the pioneers of the district.' Mr. Lethbridge took over the farm on the death of his lather. He had been a member of the Rangitikei County Council, and had been chairman of that body. He was also the first chairman of the Wangaiuii Hospital Board, chairman of the Rangitikei Patriotic Society and of the first Power Board at Wanganui. He is survived by his wife.
